This week, although it's only Wednesday, has been incredibly stressful for me and my classmates. Lab work is piling up due to events occuring in class that put me behind and we have a neuro test on Friday that is always a challenge. PLUS all I want to do is go home and curl up with Troy on the couch and watch a movie. With all this ahead of me I came home with the weight of the world on my shoulders. It was one of those days that Dane Cook says, "You need to open up your soul and have a weep-a-thon". So when I walked in the door, it happened. Poor Troy had no idea what was wrong with me. So once I calmed down and was able to explain to him why I was so upset he gave me a hug and said, "Why don't you take a shower, we can eat dinner, and then I will go with you back to the lab so you can finish your work there that way its off your mind and we can still spend time together." So that amazing husband of mine did just that. He sat on his laptop and entertained himself for a good 3 hours while I caught up in lab work. This seems so simple but it meant so much to me that he was willing to do that for me.
God has blessed me with such a supportive and sweet husband!

Yes God has! And I really think the only people who really know what your going through is your classmates!! Hang in there! We CAN make this!
ReplyDeletelol It makes life a lot easier when you have someone who is always supporting you. I go to pieces if I am busy and Theron has to go out of town. Hang in there and let yourself relax now and then :oD
